NT on a RS/6000? But its a unix box, it don't run NT.
i was just reading this and decided to look it up. i found it. it was quite a trip, anyway, i downloaded it for you, i can email it to you, that would probably be easier, it's buried deep down in ibm's website.

OK, first of all, Windows NT WORKS on a IBM PowerPC, (i'm running it) and it works quite well !
In second time, you can e-mail me your drivers at : al_espin@hotmail.com
but, in the IBM site i've found the drivers for my card but only for NT on a iX86 PC, not for PowerPC; so i'll not accept your answer if it don't work in my PowerPC...
NB - You can also gimme the link where you've found the drivers.

if it's a Personal Computer Power Series 440 (Model 6015). then you could use a NE2000 card instead,
ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/powerpc/eth_conf.exe

Sorry, in need the driver for this card because for use the RJ45 conector of the card i need to configure it (the bnc seems to be the default setting) and i think that a "special" driver is needed for do it each time the computer is power on...
This is part of the readme that came with eth_conf.exe, looks like it may relate to your problem.
>>**IMPORTANT**
Do not use the firmware (SMS) to configure the NE2000 (also IBM)
ethernet cards on a Personal Computer Power Series 440 (Model 6015).
Instead:
1) Get the file ether.exe from this directory.
2) Put ether.exe on a floppy disk
3) Boot the Windows NT system to the ARC Bootloader menu
4) Choose the option that says "Run a maintenance program"
5) Run ether.exe from here with the command A:ETHER.EXE
