Deleting a published form in Outlook 98/2000

Hi Everyone..

I created a form and published it to my inbox...now the form appears on my actions toolbar...

My only question now, is how do I get rid of the form (and toolbar command)...

I am not using an exchange server..and so Manage forms seems not to be available...

Thanks for any suggestions

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It's not the presence or absence of Exchange Server that's the factor here, but whether Outlook is installed in Corporate/Workgroup or Internet Mail Only mode. (Check Help | About) If it's IMO mode, you have no Manage Forms tool. The workaround is to switch to CW mode long enough to remove the form, then switch back. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/choosingmode.htm.
