HP DESKJET 610

The Deskjet 600 was able to print in Condensed mode in DOS using a program called DJCP.EXE. Is this facility available on the 610 ?
If not is there another printer available with this facility ?

HP DeskJet 610C Series Printers - How to Install the HP DeskJet Control Panel for DOS
Introduction
The HP DeskJet Control Panel (DJCP) replaces the DIP switch settings and printer keypads of earlier HP DeskJet printers, moving this functionality into software control for the HP DeskJet 610C series printers. The HP DeskJet Control Panel is used for simple text formatting when DOS applications do not have a specific printer driver or alternate printer driver for the HP DeskJet 610C series printers. In most cases, the print settings in the DOS application will take precedence over similar settings in the DJCP. Printer status information can be obtained, error messages can be reported, and some basic print cartridge servicing can be done within the DJCP software.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE: The HP DeskJet Control Panel (DJCP) is included only on the CD. The DJCP is not included with driver files that are posted on the Web or through HP Software Distribution. If you need the DJCP, copy it from the CD.
