force foreign pages to use my css ?

Is it possible to force a page that is not done by me - in my case a guestbook - to use my central css file ? i hope there is one who knows how, but i can't make any changes to the page !!!

No, but you could make a page which uses your css file and embeds the guestbook page. Then tell everybody about the new page!

By using a frame. Your page defines a frame which is going to be the entire page. The source for the frame is the other page. I'll hack in an example tomorrow from work, since I don't have any manuals at home and I can't remember the exact syntax of it all!

You would have to be able to edit the page in question or the external CSS file if one exists.

Nothing I have read nor any of my testing suggests that a frameset page provides CSS control over subordinate pages.
