HELP!!! SCALE - X PROBLEMS!!!!!!

I need help...
but on the subject of VB here goes....
I`m using a picture box that uses HiMetric units to determine width and height...I need to convert this to pixels..my problem is that i`m using a variable "picheight" containing an integer to be converted but vb just ignores it....(see below)

picture1.scalex picheight, vbhimetric, vbpixels
 
this doesnt work any ideas?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Picture1.Width = picture1.scalex(picture1.Width, vbHiMetric, vbPixels)
