The first thing that comes to my mind is that your video card accelorator settings are set too low. &nbsp;To check right click on my computer and go to properties, go to the performance tab, then click on graphics. &nbsp;The slider should be all the way to the right unless you had video card problems in the past the caused you to move the slider. &nbsp;reboot.<br />

Other thing... check to see what color depth you are using (256 colors, 16-bit) and please post if before mentioned solution did not work.

I tried to find  that file  on  my  system  for  the  exact  same  fix....will  someone  post  the  EXACT  path  so  I can  verify  if  this  works?
