Can't view all entries in Outlook 98 calendar

In daily view, I can only view 11 events at the top of the view area.  The other entries are hidden and there is no way to view those with the other 11.  How do I view all of my events at the top of the screen at one time?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Forgot to add this:  On a network and this is a public calendar.  We have 16 people who need to have one listing with an appointment each day.  They are shaded in grey at the top of the page,  however, only 11 are visible.  Want all 16 visible.

You've reached the display limit in that type of view. However, if you switch to a table view, you should be able to see them all.

Have resolved the situation.  By changing the screen resolution other entries are available.  But at this resolution maximum view has been reached.

Yes, once you reach the maximum resolution of your display, the only alternative is to use a different type of view, as I suggested.
