Netscape 4.51 & Acrobat Reader 4.0 on RHat 6.0

I've set Acrobat Reader up as a helper app in Netscape 4.51. When I select a link that should start Acrobat Reader and display the pdf file all that happens is acrobat fires up but it doesn't open the pdf file.  Do I need to add some type of %1 or variable on the end of the path to the executable? I don't want to use a plugin for this, I want it to spawn acrobat externally like it is currently doing.

You must be having a Netscape plugin, which spawns the acrobat and shows the PDF document in Netscape. So, if you look at your netscape window, you should see the PDF document. If you want acrobat reader to show the document, disable the netscape plugin.
