Tracking Last Opened Files...

I have an application that I would like to keep track of the last 4 open files.  Like MS Word, displayed under the File pull-down menu.  How can I do this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The points should go to Barry.  I downloaded the file he suggested (before there were any other suggestions), and even though it uses an ini file to keep track of the last 4 opened files, it works perfectly.
