Double 'IF' statement

Basically what I have is two text boxes and I want to use a statement such as the 'If' statement, but with two if's in.  For example

Private sub command1_click()

If text1.text = "200" + If text2.text "400" then

      End If

End sub

Can someone please show me the right way to do this if possible

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Edited text of question.
Use the And keyword:

If text1.text = "200" And text2.text "400" then
   'Do Something
end if
