Cold Fusion hitting a Visual Foxpro dbf

I am encountering a problem going back and forth between a Cold Fusion session accessing a Visual Foxpro dbf and then trying to open a dbf through Visual Foxpro.  I close out the Cold Fusion session but I am unable to pull up the dbf through Foxpro for about 1/2 hour, it says file access denied.  Is there a setting in Cold Fusion I need to tweak ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you go into to the CF Administrator, then to ODBC Data Sources, then edit the the Data Source in question.  Under either "Advanced Settings" or "CF Settings", there is some check box that says something like "Maintain Consistent Connection"  Make sure that is unchecked.  Let me know how it goes.
