Server-side VBScript

I've incorporated some VB Script in an Outlook item that utilizes file access, but I want that file t oreside on the server, not be created and accesssed on each Outlook client.  Can anyone tell me how I can specify that the VBScript is intended to be run server-side?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

VBScript in an Outlook form can run only on the client. For server-side scripting, you need to use the Exchange Server Event Service and install your script in the folder. One big difference: Event Server scripts use CDO, not the Outlook object model, so you may have to rewrite your code. See for more on scripting.
