Creating Text Files

I am currently creating a text file.  I have no problem creating it but do have a problem spacing the information out they way I want it to look.
 (Example:
Print #1, txtSSN & "   " & txtMemID.Text & "    " & txtLast.Text & txtFirst.Text)

I am printing out the information from seperate text boxes and would like the txtLast to be at least 20 characters long before printing out txtFirst, even if the last name is only 5 characters in length.  If you could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Dim strLast As String * 20
strLast = txtLast.text
Print #1, txtSSN & "   " & txtMemID.Text & "    " & strLast & txtFirst.Text)
