I get this error msg when trying to start the program: &quot;the shell 32.DLL file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:SHRegUSValueA&quot;<wbr /><br />
This if followed by a statement that &quot;A device attached to the system is not working&quot;<br />

It has never worked, although another program, Professor Franklin, that came with the scanner does. &nbsp;I have uninstalled the Adobe Photo program and reinstlled, but to no avail.<br />

Adobe PhotoDeluxe 3.1 won't load
