Netscape or IE 4/5 buttons

Using Delphi 5 VCL buttons how would you make a button resemble netscape or internet explorer style buttons where on mouse over the image has color and when the mouse leaves the button it has the look of being disabled.
A small code snippet would be appreciated to see how this is done.

this component was made for d3 so to install in d4/d5 add imglist to the uses section of the component.
then to use it go to object inspector and just assign a glyph and,make sure inactivestyle is set to dsfocus.
