Microsoft Exchange Client

I wrote an Access DB application that polls a directory for incoming data. When it receives data, it sends an email message to the originator that we received their file. This is all supposed to be work without people babysitting the Access DB. It is working well except for one minor detail. It attempts to send the email and then MS Exchange pops up a window asking for a profile to use. Well, someone has to answer that pop-up window each time. Is there some way I can force MS Exchange to know what profile to use, so that I can get this system truely automated?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check out this MS Article. You'd want to do the opposite since you want to turn off the prompting. If this doesn't work, just reject the answer.

If you go into the exchange client and click on tools/options under the mail services tab you can select "always use this profile" and select the default profile that you wish to open automatically.
