How to centre the Movie
I have made my .fla file all the object appear centre, but when the .HTML file is generated the movie appears shifted towards left(as if left align). What wrong am I doing, my monitor is set at 800x600. If I need to set the movie size to particular dimmension or what ever pl tell me so

I cannot find PARAM or SALIGN can u tell me in which tab of pbulish and where can I find these settings....
in the HTML tab, you have HTML alignment, which should be set to 'default.' Also set Flash alignment to "center" and "center" for horizontal and vertical.

Infcat when I started to buid my movie, I opened new, I was not knowing but later on when I click Modify>Moview I saw. Width=550.8 px, Height=438.45 px
And my monitor is at 800x600, do u think that might be the error. If so what should I set as the width and Height so that movie covers the whole of screen and also centre at 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768.

What u can do is before the <embed> tag, u can give a <center> tag & after the </embed> u cna give a </center> tag.

And for setting ur movie size, press CTRL M & change the dimensions there to match ur screen width.

I want my movie to cover whole screen at all resolution 600x400, 800x600, 1024x768. Vist http://www.eye4u.com/ site at any resolution the size alway fit in the browser that is what I want

What is the best size that u would recommend that I made the size of my movie as I designed it at 537x439 , is it OK and now just choose EXACT FIT or some other modificatios are required??
Any dimension will work because EXACT FIT will resize the movie to fit the window. No resizing on your part is required.

I have found out that by using 100% from Dimension Setting in HTML Publish and Setting Default (Show All) from Scale the movie Fits in at all resolution but at the same time if u Check the IE5 with normal tool bar size the portion between Toolbar and Status bar is such that Width is 1.82 Larger than Height. So only if u set ur movie size, with that portion than at Left and right side of ur movie in browser, will be fine othr wise there will be at least 1.5 error. NOW my question is I have already made my movie how to change the dimensions so that all the object do not loose their shape( i.e don’t get skewed because of changing height. Hope u understand what all was wrong with my problem. So how to rectify that ???

SALIGN
By default, I think the value is LT. Set it to Default. Default centers the movie and crops the edges if the browser window is smaller than the movie.
