I need to translate some 32-bit program into Czech language. For this I need to edit strings (menus, dialogs, etc.) in EXE file. (Something as Resource Workshop from Borland /is in Turbo Pascal 7 installation/, but this program isn't for 32-bit applications.) Which program can do it (should be not shareware)?
