USB Zip support...

Is there any developments regarding Linux support for Iomega USB Zip100 drives?  I've read the mini HOWTO which says that currently there is not, but the HOWTO was written Jan 10, 1999.  Anybody know the current status?  If there are drivers for the USB Zip100 could someone please let me know where I can download them?

The mini-HOWTO at linuxdoc.org: http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/ZIP-Drive-4.html#ss4.7 mention this page:
http://peloncho.fis.ucm.es/~inaky/USB/news.html which state USB Zip100 Linux driver is brought into kernel 2.2.x experimental development.

Some messages in linux-kernel state usb-scsi recognize USB zip, FYI:

I can't seem to find anything.  They don't even completely support the zip 250 yet.
