Simple list control

Hi! Simple question - working in Visual Studio, need a simple control - list or grid, need to add one column text, one numeric, and some of the numerics are required to be changed by the user at run time.  Any thoughts - don't need to build DB, this is too simple.

Use the Windows Common Control - List View Control.
