Internet Connection Sharing

I recently had a DSL line installed. It is connected to a speedstream intenal modem on my machine. The is another machine in the house and it is networked to mine with a little hub. Both are running wni98. Presently, neither is a host.

I want to give the other machine internet access through my own.
I have read about a program called Internet Connection Sharing but I have not yet found it.
Any pointers?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

ICS is only a part of Win98SE (second edition).

Look at, winroute lite works better then ICS, supports more protocols, and it is only a few $ (30 day demo available)
