MyApp.EXE shows on screen, 800x600 pix, big letters 125%,
as it was designed under VB5 environment.
If screen setting uses small letters 75%, the form size
becomes smaller, but the smaller letters do not fit
into their reserved spaces like controlbutton i.e.
Why does lettersize change size of form ? How to make
the application robust against these curious things.

The solution seems a bit of complicated applying in big code with lots of Forms and Controls. Anyhow it does not answer
why WIN screen setting using small letters (75%) resizes form and controls, but the smaller letters do not fit
into their reserved spaces but big letters do at same screen 800x600 pix.
