I have no experience with Notes/domino but would like to evailuate all options this year being new and all.
We currently use GoldMine a contact manager which does it's job well but has limits I would like to overcome.
What tools or 3rd party products in Notes/Domino should I explore to get the following functionality.
Contact/client list shared with whole company. Notes can be made about each contact by mulitple employees and all employees can see all notes.
ToDo's, and calender items can be scheduled for each client and all users can see other's pending items and history items.
In short we want to manage many projects and keep all uses up to speed on what is happening.
If you know goldmine or act that is the base functionality plus the workflow features I believe LN/D has.
