sendkey utility in NT

I have to run a program using the NT logon script. When the program start on the WS logged on domain, i must send to the program a specified key sequence so it will do the thing i want and then close returning to the logon script.
I have a 16-bit utility (SNDKEY.EXE) but i does not work under NT.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I did not find any that were free except this one, but states still in beta phase:

The other options is a script that was created in Pearl...which is free:

Make sure you do an edit-find Sendkey on each of these pages to find.

Hope this helps :0).
