I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use a third party to process the form for you, one good provider of this service is www.dk3.com, go their and follow the steps.

If you just send the form (i.e. don't process it first as above) to your e-mail address it will arrive encoded, which is just about readable.

I am using the feedback form on a Intranet with no connection to the WWW so I wouldn't be able to use a third party company.  You mentioned just sending it how could I do that???

Use a matt's script archive mailto and point that .pl to your server and adjust the recipient to reflect who you want to receive the now formatted email.   Its that easy.  Make sure the form method action points to the .pl script that you get from matt's archive-http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/   formmail version 1.6.

I use this method all of the time.
