IPC between Service & Process using MFC

Please let me know, how is it possible
to do IPC communication between
a WinNT Service & A Application
using MFC.

Thanks to provide the code. ( If possible)

Hi,
 You can use:
1. Messages
   SendMessage()
   PeekMessage()
   TranslateMessage()
   GetMessage()

2. Named Pipes
   CreateNamedPipe()
   ConnectNamedPipe()
   WaitNamedPipe()
   TransactNamePipe()
   
I would prefer Messages to named pipes.

U can do the following.
Get the main MFC application window handler.
From others process use post message with the MFC window handler and command.
for that u should define user command.

in MFC mainAPP overide the PreTranslateMessage function.
