Offline access to another user's calendar

Is it possible to enable off-line access to another user's calendar?

User A has delegated user B as a reviewer of their calendar. User A needs to use User B's calendar off-line on their notebook, and to update it. Obviously Outlook 98 will  enable offline use of User A's own calendar but how can User B's calendar be made available?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't think it's possible through ordinary means. You could export User B's calendar to a PST for use while offline but there's no syncing that way. As far as I know you can only sync folders in your mailbox & Public Folders in your list of Favorites
