In the area D1 to D5 enter some values.<br />
Place the Cursor at cell &quot;A1&quot; .<br />
Select Data/Validation<br />
In the displayed window click 'Allow' select the 'List' Option.<br />
You get one more option 'Source' displayed. In the Source enter &quot;D1:D5&quot; <br />
If you place the cursor on cell A1 You See a Dropdown. Click the down arrow you see the list of values from the D1 to D5<br />
