im using paintshop to make some gifs for my website
but the problem is when i create a gif that has red as the main color and black as a shadow the black turns to white
when i use my browser to look at it!

This is happen because you make a transparent color on black color, that is why the color become white on the browser.
If you dont want to use transparent color, just disable the transparent color option on the export window.
