I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check this:

The real question is why you want to encrypt the code.  You can not 100% hide it from a knowledgeable user.  Once the page is opened, a copy of it exists on the client computer and can be manipulated in many ways.  The client has to be able to read the source code in order to diplay the page.  Security for specific things can be accomplished however.

I agree with Chewymon.  If you explain why, the question will be easier to answer.  You can encrypt your source all you want but the client you are sending it to will not be able to read it.  If you are wanting to restrict people from coming to your page, you can password protect the page or directory (or site or whatever).
You can make the source more difficult to find, but you will never be able to hide it.
