I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Give us an example of one of the files that gives you this message. What is the files name?
What is the file extension for the file, the three letters after the period as in KJ.JPG?

The files I'm having trouble with seem to be JPG.  As an example C:\Programfiles\Netmeeting\ReceivedFiles\Rachel1.jpg is not a valid Win 32 application.

Try this
1)Highlight the file
2)Hold down the shift key and right click the file
3)When the box opens choose the option Open With and click it
4)When the next box comes up scroll down the list to iexplorer and highlight it and then click ok
5)There is a box on that window that says Always use this program..etc. If you check that box it will always use the program you chose. If you don't check it it will only open the one file one time.
6)You can repeat the process and assign the graphics program of your choice to it. Just to remember to check the box when you settle on the program to use.

Hope that helps and let us know
