You could go to the source and get the tar.gz:

ftp://ftp.OpenLDAP.org/pub/OpenLDAP/openldap-stable/  (stable stuff)

Or you could get it in rpm form at:

1: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/contrib/libc5/i386/ldap-servers-3.3-2.i386.rpm
  ldap-servers : LDAP servers

2: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/contrib/libc6/i386/ldap-servers-3.3-3.i386.rpm
  ldap-servers : LDAP servers

3: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/contrib/libc6/i386/openldap-servers-1.2.8-1.i386.rpm
  openldap-servers : LDAP servers

4: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/openlinux/contrib/RPMS/libc5/openldap-servers-1.1.2-1
  openldap-servers : LDAP servers

You could also use my program to find ladpd in Debian package form like this:

swim -n --search "Package: umich"

Grab the necessary packages.  Covert them with alien.  You can find my program at:
