I recently downloaded a TextClock Perl Script from Matt's Script Archive (http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/).  I inserted the HTML code, as instrcuted (<!--#exec cgi="http://probelaw.com/cgi-bin/textclock.cgi"-->) and many other combinations, file names, etc.  The only thing I get is [error processing this directive].  It is being run on a UNIX server.  Please help

http://probelaw.com/cgi-bin/textclock.cgi
Is not found, i.e. you didn't install this script into proper place.

Find the line ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /some/path/ in your httpd.conf file and put textclock.cgi script into this place.
cp textclock.cgi /some/path/

Don't forget to edit its code (if needed ). And make
chmod 555 textclock.cgi
