Lost bookmarks & addressbook

I had recently problems getting my email from my server, Netscape always took over ------anyway, it was fixed but I lost my bookmarks and addressbook in the attempt.
What can I do?
System: Windows 95 / Netscape 4.5

I asked the question twice before, - no answer. In the effort it looks as if you already deducted 200 points??

Right-click on the Outlook(get properties window). In the services, add 'Outlook address book' if not exists, and 'Personal Folders'. In the [Delivery] tab, select the 'Personal Folders'. In the [Addressing] tab add the 'Outlook address book' and the 'Contacts'. Run your OutLook. from the [View] menu, click on the 'Folder List'. Now you have to see your personal folder, and what it contains. Right-click on what you like to see on your OutLook bar, and click on the "Add to outlook bar" line. That's all I think. If not, just write here what's wrong.

Well, I don't know what programm or browser you looked at. ????
I can't find 'outlook', 'outlook address book'.
Again, - I run windows 95 / Netscape 4.5
