Back button in the web browser

Recently, I have donwloaded a login/logoff Perl script.
It worked perfectly. But there is one question.
After you logoff, if you press 'Back' button, you will be
able to see the username and password, and if
unauthoried user press the submit button, he or she will be able to login. Here is the URL address :

 imps.stcloudstate.edu:8038/index.html

go to visit this web site and take a look after logoff and press 'Back' button, you will know what I mean.
The username and password are system.

How to prevent the user to see the username and password from 'Back' button ?

Can I reset the history to 0 or what ?

Please help me.

Thanks !
