 <td bgcolor = "black" height = 0>
  <font color = "White" size = 2>
   title
  </font>
 </td>
</tr>

This shows up the title but i want it to have on the left a title and on the right the time
(On the very right like this:

==============================

<tr>
 <td align="left" bgcolor = "black" height = 0>
  <font color = "White" size = 2>
   title
  </font>
 </td>
 <td align="right" bgcolor = "black" height = 0>
  <font color = "White" size = 2>
    updated:4:00|
  </font>
 </td>
</tr>

if you want it to update automatically, you will need to add a script in there.

oh yeah...vbyuval is right...you ought to offer more points to get more response.

another way is to use CSS:

<style type="text/css">
..leftTitle, .rightTitle { background:black;color:white;font-size:85%; }
..leftTitle { text-align: left; }
..rightTitle { text-align; right; }
</style>
.... more code ...
<tr>
<td class="leftTitle">Title</td>
<td class="rightTitle">updated:4:00|</td>
</tr>
