Dear Green,(oops sorry for this nick name)

Well can U please let me know the exact problem that UR facing as I have some queries :

1> R U directly uploading the image files to AOL server?
2> If U R using any image editor then please name it.
3> if UR trying to save the image file which has the option as BMP only then export the image & then save it as GIF or JPG.

AOL uses an image compression system that actually converts the image before it is sent to you.  In the preferences for the AOL software you can turn off this image compression and you will stop having this problem.
