NT/2000 vs Netware Comparison Sought

Can someone please point me to a white paper or two comparing Windows 2000 to Netware 5 as a corporate NOS platform?
It appears we will shortly be embroiled in NOS wars as we try to settle on a standard.  We are currently a mix of NT 4 and Netware 4 with NDS.  Thanks!  I'm putting up the question at 200 points because I want a thorough discussion of the issue.  So the answer should involve a several page document (not necessarily crafted by yourself) sent by e-mail or a URL.  One paragraph evangelizing one side or the other will
be summarily rejected.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
