compiler, borland

Is there an ide like the borland's DOS c ide?  I really like the
debugger, make, help ...  Have no aversion to purchasing it.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes, there are several.  You may want to check out:

http://www.gnustep.org/
and
ftp://ftp.cs.rochester.edu/pub/u/mccallum/gnustep-base/GNUstep-FAQ.html

If you're using RedHat Linux, you already have xxgdb, which is a gui front-end for the debugger.

In answer to your question about a commercial linux links site, try the RedHat site:

http://www.redhat.com/appindex/ProgrammingDevelopment/

There's a pretty good list of links to commercial packages for Linux there.

I posted this as a comment instead of an answer because I'm sure there are others who will have something of value to add to the thread.

A:
You can use ide like rhide , and debugger like
xgdb , or any cygwin tools

or wait until borland finished porting the apps
your need to linux.
