I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

To answer your question appropriately to the context:

http://www.redhat.com/mirrors/lpd/howto

see the sections on modems, ppp, and possibly dns.

If you want dial on demand, just check out the diald mini HOWTO--it covers how to setup PPP at the same time as diald.

1) Use KPPP (of KDE).  Click the help of KPPP, read the HTML help file .

Simple enough ?

2) If not satisfy, try to use Linuxconf.  Same step read the HTML help.

3) Goto /usr/doc/howto
