I am unable to mount my floppy drive. I do this command but it can't mount.

mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy

it gives

mount: you must specify the filesystem type

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to specify the fs type with -t flag

ex.

mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy

This would be to mount a floppy with a FAT fs this is prob. what it is. if not do man mount for other fstypes
