There's some good stuff here, including entire books and whole chapters from other books.  Hardcore Visual Basic is fantastic if you can find it, and I also recommend Advanced Visual Basic 6.0, 2nd edition, ISBN 1-57231-893-7

If you want to be an MCSD you pretty much need to read books on every imaginable technology that microsoft invents.  For MCSD preparation, I would recommend reading "MCSD Visual Basic 6 Exams 70-175 and 70-176" by Howard Hawhee.  I would also recommend www.transcender.com for exam preparation.  Transcender exams are at least as difficult (probably more difficult) as Microsoft exams and you get a money back guarantee if you don't pass the Microsoft exams.
