Let the user choose File-Tools-UserID then select Certificates button, Request Certificate, a dialog box will appear. In the to field choose the admin name.  The admin need to go in his email then choose Actions-Update attached ID, certify the user's id then send it back to him. The user will receive an email with simple instructions to follow.

But user cannot login using his ID now . Your method only apply when his ID is not expired.

User received an email but cannot use his ID to open the mail. So how can he follow the instruction?

Your advise again.

Thanks

then the admin have to recertify it, and give a copy of the certified id, and then switch to that id, and delete the other one.  I think instead of sending it in an email, just copy it to a shared directory or a floppy.

another thing is if u have version 4.x, go to the admin panel, and choose "Certifiers-Certify ID file". u will need the cert.id and the password and the user's id and password.  Then enter a new date.  Take the certified id to the user and replace it with the old one.
