Laser Jet III connection to an older Mac

I have an HP Laser Jet III that I am interested in donating to my daughter's school, and her classroom has an older Mac (sorry, not sure what model).  Can anyone tell me what printer driver I would need to get communications between the printer and the Mac?

Thanks!!

The Apple Laser Writer 8.6 driver thats installed with most MacOS versions now. It is also available from Apple and HP web pages. That driver supports most if not all laser writers from several major makers.

I think that this is the correct solution, however, I know so little about Mac's anymore (I haven't used a Mac since the Apple IIe!) that I could not find how to install a printer, and the pin connection that is currently used on the Stylewriter printer that is on the machine now is not the usual type connection that I am used to for a PC.  The teacher that owns the Mac also didn't know how to attach the printer (software-wise), so I am simply donating the printer to a different organization.

Thanks for the answer anyway!
