"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

154bon, normally if you click to open the address book, there is either a print icon or a print function at the menu bar.

What email you're using? Or please give more details about what you're aiming at?     pslh

I'm using Netscape 4.0 version and there is no print icon or print function listed uner file.  Any ideas?

154bon, you may try this.
Open the address book.
Export the address by File-export- save file by format as "Tab delimited (*.txt)".
Then use spreadsheet program to open the "address.txt".
It may ask you 'start a new column at each [Tab] or [comman]', select and OK.
The address will align with each column. You can sort and print.

Or you may use notepad to open the "address.txt" and print.

Let me know if it worked.
