Create a Setup Disk?

I'm just wondering if there's a program that would help me create a set-up disk for my system.

In Visual Basic, it has a built-in feature called Setup Wizard wherein it finds for the DLL files your system needs and adds it to your setup disk. How come there's no such feature in delphi?

I know delphi is independent from DLL but my system uses the crystal report component that requires some DLL files from it? when I run my program in some other PC, it would ask for some DLL files? How would I know what are the DLL files needed in my application?

Which version of Delphi are you using?  You should have install shield express that comes with Delphi. This should allow you to do what you do in Visual Basic ( with some differences of course )
