"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to use lilo to boot linux on one drive and windows on the other driver. You need to use fdisk to format the drives to the right format. Most linux setups will help you setup the driver for you. If you want more help you will have to post more info on what linux you will be using and where you are.

Partition Magic or Disk Commander can manage multiple partitions and hard drives.  These are relativly inexpensive and make life easier.
