Folder Auto Expand

Outlook Express automatically expands the folder list (when new mail arrives) to show the "unread" mail. This is a great feature.

How do I set up Outlook to do the same?  I have many folders and must open all of them to "find" all of the new email.  I would prefer to have the list collapsed and automatically expand to show the new mail.   I do not like to have the Folder List expanded all the time.  Help!

Also, how do I see a "list" of all unread mail in Outlook or Outlook Express?

Outlook doesn't do auto folder expansion like OE. You have a few choices of workaround:
- setup a saved Advanced Find search that will show you all the unreads in your message store
- use ExLife to setup an "Unread Messages" folder which will show all your unread messages no matter where they are:
