okay that is my prob...
I have 2 computer.. so 2 prog, I use shoutcast , I do shoutcast to connect to my app ( shoutcast send mp3 data ... to a winsock) so I get the data... in string... and get 1000 byte I put the data in a variable and add a "number" this this "block" so I create block of data... after that I send that to the other compotuer.. this one get the data do a mid for remove the "number" and put it on block.... my prob is I get the data in string... and when I do a mid or whatever , that change the data to variant... and I don't know why variant and string achange somebyte, so when I listen the mp3 I hear the sound but with some craps on it... if I do the same thing but I never use a mid or whatever only the "string" the sound is perfect... but when I use a vb command ... the command return a variant/string not a string and that change my "data", So someone have any idea how I can use a mid that return string and not variant... or have any other idea of how I can use winsock without use string.. using binary or other thing?
