Not that I know of, the only thing I found was a EMF to BMP converter that ran inside of an existing application.

You could convert EMF to SVG. &nbsp;But the general problem of converting EMF or SVG or PDF to html is very hard in the generic case as HTML is much much more of a &quot;text flow&quot; format. &nbsp;I'm sure with tables and div and other fancy markup you might be able to get close. &nbsp;But if you can restrict the EMF contents sufficiently you could get reasonable EMF to HTML conversion using a custom interpreter for the files.
